Job requirements:

1. Possess 1–3+ years of work experience in equipment management, repair, or maintenance within a related industry (priority given to candidates holding an electrician’s license).

2. Be familiar with the principles, structures, and performance of commonly used equipment in the transformer manufacturing industry (such as winding machines, casting pots, drying ovens, etc.).

3. Possess a solid grasp of mechanical principles and fundamental knowledge of electrical control, and be able to understand mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

4. Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel for data statistics and analysis.

5. Obey instructions, collaborate closely with colleagues, approach work with rigor and attention to detail, demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, and possess a high level of safety awareness and strategic thinking.

6. Possess strong communication skills and be able to collaborate effectively with operators, maintenance teams, management, and equipment manufacturers.

7. Able to proactively learn knowledge related to the management and maintenance of new technologies and new equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the comprehensive management of equipment, including daily inspections, maintenance and upkeep, troubleshooting, and reporting of spare parts and components for assigned equipment.

2. Organize training for relevant operators in accordance with the requirements of equipment usage, maintenance, and safety operating procedures.

3. Supervise and inspect the use, maintenance, and upkeep of equipment to minimize equipment downtime caused by malfunctions.

4. Participate in the analysis and handling of equipment failures and accidents, as well as in the drafting and issuance of equipment notifications.

5. Complete the inspection and maintenance tasks for relevant equipment according to the inspection and maintenance plan, and proactively assist team members in completing other maintenance tasks.

6. Obey arrangements, follow instructions, and complete other temporary tasks assigned by superiors.
