Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for drafting process specifications and operation manuals for packaged substations and transformers, as well as conducting related training.

2. Continuously improve and enhance production processes, as well as validate new products and new processes.

3. Develop and refine process plans based on technical requirements and quality standards to ensure compliance with these requirements.

4. Promote lean production to enable enterprises to reduce costs and improve quality, with universities taking the lead in implementation.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a mechanical engineering-related major;

2. Has received training in project management and quality management;

3. More than 2 years of experience in quality management or on-site management at industrial enterprises;

4. Familiar with ISO systems, knowledgeable about basic mechanical principles, and proficient in quality management techniques.

5. Able to prepare quality management system documents;

6. Experienced in building quality management systems;
