Job Responsibilities:

1. Based on the transformer layout drawings and production plans, we will decompose the drawings and design production drawings in a phased manner: ① Core and Lead Assembly Group: Design of core and lead assembly drawings for oil-immersed transformers; core design for dry-type transformers; 3D modeling of internal structures for dry-type transformers; cost optimization for core and lead assembly processes; standardization of drawings within the group; and promotion of the development of automated core drawing software; ② Coil and Tank Assembly Group: Design of coil and tank assembly drawings for both oil-immersed and dry-type transformers; cost optimization for coil and tank assembly processes; and standardization of drawings within the group; ③ Tank and Final Assembly Group: Design of tank drawings for oil-immersed transformers; design of final assembly, technical specifications, and nameplate drawings for dry-type transformers; external 2D and 3D modeling of oil-immersed transformers and 2D and 3D modeling of dry-type transformers; cost optimization for tank and final assembly processes; standardization of drawings within the group; and promotion of the development of automated tank drawing software.

2. Handle in-plant technical issues related to this group’s specialty and provide guidance for production;

3. Prepare a procurement list for product materials and verify the specifications and models of the materials.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by department leaders.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;

2. Professional Requirements: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing and its Automation, and related electrical engineering majors; candidates with relevant work experience are preferred; age requirements may be relaxed accordingly.

3. Proficient in CAD drawing software; preference given to those with experience in SolidWorks. Recent graduates are welcome.
