The 35kV liquid-immersed power transformers represent our company’s mature and stable flagship product series, primarily including models such as S18, S20, and S22. These transformers fully meet the Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 energy efficiency requirements specified in GB20052-2024 “Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Levels for Power Transformers,” making them suitable for a wide range of power application scenarios that place high demands on energy conservation and operational reliability.
In terms of capacity coverage, products rated at 35 kV and below can achieve a maximum capacity of up to 31,500 kVA, meeting the requirements of conventional grid construction as well as power supply for high-capacity loads.
The transformer core is made of high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets, assembled using a multi-stage 45° fully skewed lap-joint structure, which effectively reduces no-load losses and noise levels, thereby enhancing overall operational efficiency.
The winding structure design is flexible and can be tailored to different capacity levels and application conditions by selecting either a cylindrical or disc-type coil configuration. This product boasts a highly versatile structural design that simultaneously meets stringent requirements for electrical performance, mechanical strength, and thermal stability. During manufacturing, a vacuum oil-immersion process is employed, significantly enhancing the impregnation quality of the internal insulation system and improving overall insulation performance. This process effectively slows down the aging rate of the insulating oil, reduces partial discharge levels, and extends the service life of the equipment.
This product series can be widely used in conventional power systems such as urban and rural grid upgrades and substation construction.
