High Integration: The entire system is pre-manufactured and pre-commissioned at the factory. After integration and testing, it is delivered to the site as a complete unit. On-site, all that’s required is connecting the high- and low-voltage cables and control/communication cables to put the system into operation—thus significantly reducing on-site work and boosting construction efficiency. The Huashi prefabricated substation is a type of outdoor substation in which high-voltage switchgear, oil-immersed transformers, low-voltage switchgear, measurement and control systems, UPS backup power supplies, control transformers, protective and measuring components, and indicating instruments are all integrated and installed within an enclosure featuring a high degree of protection. The transformer utilizes heat sinks for cooling, making it a fully integrated outdoor substation device. It boasts features such as safety and reliability, high integration, energy efficiency and environmental friendliness, intelligent monitoring and management, and flexible configuration. This substation is suitable for applications including photovoltaic power generation and wind power generation. Common transformer capacities for 35 kV and lower voltage levels include 1,600 kVA, 2,000 kVA, 2,500 kVA, 3,150 kVA, 4,000 kVA, 5,500 kVA, 6,900 kVA, 7,100 kVA, and can be configured up to a maximum capacity of 12,500 kVA.
