Energy- and Environment-Friendly: The transformer is made from energy- and environment-friendly materials that minimize environmental impacts throughout the manufacturing, use, and disposal phases, while also improving energy utilization efficiency. Simple Maintenance: The transformer requires only periodic checks to ensure that temperature readings remain within normal ranges. It has no easily worn components, and routine testing along with regular dust removal are sufficient—no component replacements are typically needed.

The 35kV epoxy-encapsulated dry-type transformer is one of our company’s core products, developed specifically for applications in new energy and scenarios with high environmental protection requirements. The product series includes models such as SCB11, SCB12, SCB13, SCB14, and SCB18. These transformers fully meet the Level 3, Level 2, and Level 1 energy efficiency requirements specified in GB 20052-2024 “Energy Efficiency Limit Values and Energy Efficiency Levels for Power Transformers,” striking a balance between energy-saving performance and operational reliability.
In terms of capacity coverage, products rated at 35 kV and below can achieve a maximum capacity of up to 25,000 kVA, effectively meeting the power demands of large-capacity new energy power stations and industrial loads. The high-voltage winding adopts a trapezoidal segmented structure design, which effectively reduces the inter-layer voltage and the electric field strength between segments, resulting in a more uniform electric field distribution and significantly enhancing the transformer's ability to withstand overvoltages and its insulation reliability. The entire winding is cast using a fully static pouring process with epoxy resin, ensuring dense casting, high mechanical strength, and excellent resistance to short circuits. The partial discharge level is lower than the values specified by national standards, and the transformer exhibits high long-term operational stability.
