The dual-split epoxy-encapsulated dry-type transformer is a customized dry-type transformer product developed for the new energy and industrial sectors. It can be specifically designed and configured according to customers’ system architectures and operational requirements, making it suitable for multi-circuit power supply and high-reliability application scenarios.
The product features a dual-split structural design, enabling two sets of loads to operate simultaneously. Alternatively, it can also run independently in a single-set configuration based on operational requirements, offering flexible operating modes and effectively enhancing system reliability and scheduling flexibility. Meanwhile, this structural design helps reduce the equipment’s footprint, making it well-suited for applications with space constraints or those requiring a high degree of integration.
The high-voltage winding adopts a trapezoidal segmented structure design, featuring low inter-layer voltage, low electric field strength between segments, and uniform electric field distribution, which significantly enhances the transformer’s ability to withstand overvoltages and improves its insulation reliability. The entire winding is cast using a fully static epoxy resin casting process, resulting in a dense, highly mechanically robust structure with excellent short-circuit resistance. Its partial discharge level is better than the values specified by national standards, ensuring high long-term operational stability.
