1. Suitable for distribution systems with rated voltages of 35kV and rated currents of 2500A or less, this device serves the functions of sectioning, control, and protection, and is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy.
2. The cabinet is divided into a busbar chamber, a handcart chamber, a cable chamber, and an instrument chamber, with each compartment independently separated from the others.
3. Equipped with hand-cart-type vacuum circuit breakers that feature excellent interchangeability and simple replacement.
4. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure. Interlocks among the main switch, handcart, and switchgear door all employ a mandatory mechanical locking mechanism, ensuring compliance with the “Five-Prevention” functions. The cabinet body is fabricated from aluminum-zinc coated sheets or high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets that have been shaped through CNC sheet-metal processing. Components are connected using high-strength bolts, nuts, and rivet nuts. The surfaces of these components are finished with either powder coating or galvanizing.
5. The cable room has ample space, allowing for the connection of multiple cables and enabling overhead cabling.
