Interlocks among the main switch, handcart, grounding knife switch, and switchgear door all employ mandatory mechanical locking mechanisms, fully satisfying the “five-protection” requirements and ensuring safer operation. High Reliability: The switchgear adopts a modular structure, allowing handcars of the same specifications to be readily interchangeable. When one handcar fails, it can be replaced in an extremely short time, significantly reducing downtime for replacement and maintenance and enhancing overall reliability. High Protection Rating: The switchgear meets the IP4X protection rating, making electrical equipment less susceptible to dust contamination and dirt, and thus suitable for indoor environments under various conditions.

Detailed description

1. Suitable for distribution systems with rated voltages of 10 kV and rated currents of 5,000 A or less, this device serves the functions of sectioning, control, and protection, and is used in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises for receiving and distributing electrical energy.

2. The cabinet is divided into a busbar chamber, a handcart chamber, a cable chamber, and an instrument chamber, with each compartment independently separated from the others.

3. It can be equipped with voltage transformer carts, metering carts, isolating carts, fuse carts, and other similar-purpose carts. Carts designed for the same application are interchangeable and easy to replace.

4. The cabinet adopts an assembled structure. The interlocks among the main switch, handcart, and switchgear door all employ a mandatory mechanical locking mechanism, ensuring compliance with the “five-protection” functions. The cabinet body is fabricated from aluminum-zinc coated sheets or high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets that have been shaped through CNC sheet-metal processing. Components are connected using high-strength bolts and nuts as well as rivet nuts. The surfaces of the components are finished with powder coating or galvanizing.

5. The cable room has ample space and can accommodate multiple cables.
