Detailed description
1. The GCS withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400 V, and a rated current of 4,000 A or less. It is used for power distribution, centralized motor control, and capacitor compensation. This equipment is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise building facilities.
2. The frame is constructed using either C-profile or KS-profile materials. For the C-profile main frame, the installation modulus is E = 25 mm; for the KS-profile main frame, the installation modulus is E = 20 mm. High-strength 6-mm self-tapping screws are used for installation, making the frame assembly more flexible and convenient.
3. The various functional compartments of the switchgear are isolated from each other. These compartments are divided into function unit compartments, busbar compartments, and cable compartments, each serving a relatively independent purpose.
4. The drawer heights are 160mm, 240mm, 320mm, 400mm, and 480mm; their width and depth dimensions remain unchanged. Drawers with the same functional unit exhibit excellent interchangeability.
