Detailed description
1. The MNS withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power generation and supply systems with a three-phase AC frequency of 50 Hz, a rated operating voltage of 400 V, and a rated current of 4,000 A or less. It is used for power distribution, centralized motor control, and capacitor compensation. It is widely applied in power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, textile, and high-rise building facilities.
2. The frame adopts a modular structure, with the basic skeleton assembled from C-shaped steel members.
3. Each cabinet is divided into three compartments: the busbar compartment, the drawer compartment, and the cable compartment. The compartments are separated from each other by steel plates or high-strength flame-retardant plastic functional panels. A metal plate with ventilation holes is provided between the upper and lower drawers to effectively prevent accidents caused by arcing resulting from component failures or short circuits between the busbar and other circuits.
4. Compact Design: Accommodates a greater number of functional units within a smaller footprint; structural components are highly versatile and offer flexible assembly options, with E=25mm as the modular unit. The structure and withdrawable units can be combined arbitrarily to meet the requirements of system design.
