II. Pollution Prevention and Control Measures:
1. In accordance with the requirements for hazardous waste management, entrust a unit holding a hazardous waste operating license to handle the disposal, and annually submit to the Bureau of Ecology and Environment the annual hazardous waste management plan of your own unit.
2. Before transferring hazardous waste, apply to the Bureau of Ecology and Environment through the system and archive the transfer manifest.
3. Strictly carry out the transfer according to the contract with the operating unit, and upon dispatch from the warehouse, confirm that the packaging is intact and the actual weight matches the recorded weight.
III. Emergency Response Measures:
1. When a hazardous waste leak is discovered, the first person to notice it must immediately report to company management and promptly notify the personnel in charge of the hazardous waste storage area. At the same time, effective emergency response measures must be taken without delay to prevent further contamination. If anyone is injured, they should be promptly taken to a medical facility for treatment.
2. On-site responders should wear appropriate protective clothing and carry out the response strictly in accordance with the emergency plan for sudden environmental risks.
